What’s a Concept?

Product or Service Concept describes the product or service in its purest form. It is typically used to test whether the idea is acceptable to the target audience.

Positioning Concept "sells" the product idea to the target audience by leveraging a consumer insight (or accepted consumer belief), communicating the product benefit, and providing the necessary "proof" (or reasons to believe) supporting the product promise.
