CASE STUDY:  Accelerated Product Concept Development

Situation: Fast Food Restaurant wants to develop New Product Concepts on accelerated framework.

Solution: A flexible structure that included creative homework to start the consumer broadly thinking about the various areas the team wanted to pursue. A focus group backroom filled with post-it note takers gathering insight throughout the session. The team worked together to sort nuggets to create positioning buckets followed by iterative focus groups to build the ideas in the voice of the customer.  The follow up combined an "Iron Chef"- like competition to create the food concept followed by consumer feedback on product/concept to seal the deal – winning product concepts!
